Hello, Simon,

That's some very sound advice.

I spend more time than one would imagine working with clients (corporate execs) to tighten up their spoken language and turn paragraphs into punchy sentences. There's a bias toward equating length with appearing to know what one is talking about.

The truth is just the opposite. When you can communicate a complete concept in a one-liner, then you know what you're talking about!
